Really great full for a place where shayne can be involved in , he really likes it their , coach is great with him, , very thankful for this place.

Really a great workout great for kids They work hard My son loves his 2 hours daily Between school soccer and boxing He is a busy 8 year old that is getting a lot of exercise They say 1 minute of boxing is 3 minutes of MMA And I can see that Coach is really there for the kids and you can tell

Everyone's super friendly and welcoming they work you hard young and old and the couch is really great
