I had an incredible experience at the free class they have on Saturdays for children. If you have a high energy kiddo, they will definitely have the opportunity to release it all along with great coaching/leadership. We will definitely make it a weekly activity.

Coach Dino is the best in my opinion he goes above and beyond to help out the community how I see it he works hard never gives up on training people this place is the best it is a place to call home . I love this place I would recommend everyone to come here! And you’ll see why it’s a place to call home hands up to coach Dino and Sara they are very caring people and nice people they care about our community and us people thank you guys so much for everything you do for us in the community

This gym is very welcoming. I hit the bags with Nate and he was fantastic! I took my kids on Saturday for the free class and everyone was wonderful. My daughters were very apprehensive and wanted to leave at first, but Dino was so kind to them and convinced them to stay, giving them little surprises. You can tell he really cares about kids.

This place is the definition of hospitality. Not only do they take care of all the customers and people that walk through the door. But they make you feel like you are right at home. They are active participants in volunteering for the homeless, they give away more than they ever receive. These are the most kind hearted generous people. If you see this on december 19, 2020 untill 5pm they are giving away free food and clothes for people in need.
