The owner has been amazing!! Understanding and willing to help! She makes it easy to not feel out of place, even if your uncoordinated. If you have something that pervents you from doing certain moves just as and she is happy to help!!! :-)
Trainer/owner is knowledgable about all things physical fitness-related and when you leave there, you have had a quality work-out.
