Went on an open roll weekend day, invited by a friend from work. Really great gym, the coach and his family were very kind even to a complete beginner trying it out for the first. Definitely would recommend to anyone new to the sport or advanced and wanting to sharpen their skills. Will be getting cardio up and returning :)

Our boys wrestle or do jiu jitsu through deep water. They have faithful, family oriented, highly skilled coaches. Coach Phil is our son’s coach who made it to states on his first year wrestling Myway. My daughter and I also attend kickboxing with Stephanie. Great atmosphere, great people! So blessed to have this in our community.

I do yoga on Thursdays with my daughter. What I absolutely love about it is that there really is no judgement! You do what you can, no one makes you feel like your not keeping up. It's challenging but not too hard. I feel older as well as younger clients can all feel stretched and motivated!

My son has been attending the kids Jiu-Jitsu class and he loves it! The coaches are fantastic and have a lot of patience. I love it because they not only teach the kids about the sport but how to hold themselves accountable outside the gym with integrity & perseverance.

Best Gym in West Michigan if you want training from experienced athletes. Zane and Zack are the best you can go to if you want to improve in wrestling. I didn’t feel like my son was getting the help he needed through his youth program at school. I’m confident he is going to get the help he needs to prepare for tournaments.
