One of the best gyms around here. I only got to attend lessons for a few weeks. Had to move out of Lansing unfortunately. That being said its one of the most disciplined and fundamentally focused gyms I've seen. Far better than Crown Boxing's "fitness boxing" classes. This is a real gym.
