Being an town visitor we found Ray to be very good with communication and setting up a short term visit. Very well equipped gym and Ray is awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable and Ray runs and maintains a very clean gym!. Nice combination of quality machines and free weights including squat racks and lots of cardio machines too. His gym has a very old school feel to it. No nonsense gyms are are always my favorite and we so enjoy discovering gems such as Ray's gym when we Thank you Ray!
Great gym! Plenty of equipment and very well kept! They offer Individual prices, group, military, veterans etc. This is a gym with an excellent owner that takes great pride in his business. They offer individual training support as well. Open 24/7 to accommodate all work schedules!
Fantastic gym for any level of athlete. Has all the strength or cardio equipment you could need, in excellent condition, in a good space, and welcoming environment. Always worth stopping by when you'd like a lift or a sweat.

With the popularity of "Designer non-judgemental / judegmental Gyms," we offer an old school gym that accommodates everyone, no matter the type of fitness training that they desire. Unfortunately, with a basketball half court we cannot have mirrors due to the balls hitting and breaking them. Not having mirrors is actually better because it forces the trainee to use mind muscle connection and to focus on their technique. In many cases, mirrors are used for non-intended purposes.
If you're serious about getting in shape, this is THE place to go. Ray's has literally every piece of equipment you could want or need to get in the best shape of your life. It's clean, members are friendly, and the owner is a great guy. Best gym I've been to in a long time. Definitely coming back anytime we're in town!
