Love this place!! When X_o is out of season he trains here to stay in shape to be able to keep up and chase you all in October.. Head coach Jay is all caps AMAZING!! Love this clubs Family oriented environment

Ive been a member for a month . I joined to help me recover from skateboard injuries and physical therapy . I do practice Shaolin so its a little awkward for me . I feel one with my environment seeing others werking on themselves despite the turmoils of the city inspires me to work harder .
