Great atmosphere, genuine leadership, adaptive based on your needs. The owner Billy has fitness training experience as well as training in hand to hand combat. He takes pride in being able to work through anyone’s needs! Whether you are looking to get into better health, gain confidence in your self defense abilities or even training to be the next best MMA champion. My favorite part of this gym is Billy’s 1 on 1 training. It allows for an easy transition into a work out routine especially for someone that may not have the best follow through on their own. You will connect with Billy right away since he wears his heart on his sleeve and is genuinely invested in YOUR best interests. I will continue attending and I believe Billy will help me follow through until the end goal is met.

Great gym. Can’t think of a more welcoming gym for all ages and talent levels! I’ve trained for a while both here and in NY and this place feels like a second home. Great coaching with a fun safe environment. Positive vibes only. Also very affordable
