Dropped in while working in the area. Very welcoming and friendly group. Great instruction; I picked up some special sauce for some techniques I was familiar with. I think anyone could step in here and feel safe while learning and rolling.

Obviously pretty ego based gym based on a video circulating social media. Hope this can be addressed because no one trying to learn self defense and stay in shape should be ridiculed like that for virtually no reason.

I’m a local school teacher who has tried the other local martial arts gyms and been very disappointed by the corporate, uncaring atmosphere. I definitely prefer McCunes family atmosphere where an instructor would give you a hug when you need it, and wouldn’t go for more dollars from you. Plus, the martial arts there is top level.

One of the best gyms you can ever go to. The people here are fantastic! Every coach is humble, respectful, and fully committed to helping you learn and improve. If you are even curious a little bit check it out! Pro fighters, newcomers, kids ALL are welcome!!!

I was in town for a long weekend and reached out to see if I could attend classes and am happy I did. Great group of people and very welcoming. I have only been training BJJ for about 4 months but everyone was super accommodating, helpful and friendly. Got to roll with a bunch of new people. Check them out if you have a chance.
