My child loves American Karate classes here! Classes are reasonably priced with flexible scheduling, making it easy to fit into our budget and our schedule. Karate gives my child the active input he needs and builds discipline.

Professor Robert does a great job working with kids. My child has been doing karate for years, has learned a lot and enjoys it. Only good things to say about it!

Stopped by Inner Strength Martial Arts last fall and felt welcomed immediately. Robert and the class had great energy and made it easy to feel comfortable. Strong atmosphere and a solid place to train.

I definitely have to give this place 5 stars! We were looking for a place for our kids to attend, as there is not a lot to do in our small town. We found this place, and they love it! Robert is very patient with his younger class and takes time to work with them, even when they are a bit shy or embarrassed. He works with them at their pace and allows them to come out of their shell when they want. Our kids love it, and we even got my niece and nephew to join too! They are super excited to learn how to defend themselves and are especially excited to be a part of the bully prevention classes. Very important to learn, especially for young girls, as they are often at a high risk of being targeted. The adult classes look really intriguing as well, makes me want to attend and learn some skills of my own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is a great place for youth to learn and grow. My kids really like going, and Robert is Fantastic with children. The adult classes look exciting and the atmosphere is positive I really liked my experience there!
