Had an absolute blast. Highly recommend if you’d like to try a new exercise experience with a community of people who love the sport and love themselves enough to keep digging in and keep fighting. The other participants went out of their way to include us in a way that was beginner-friendly. Katie was incredibly welcoming and accommodating and went above and beyond to make me feel included. I will be going back.

I have never set foot in a boxing facility and decided to join to learn a few things. I am 52 so was not as young as most of the people there. I am so impressed with Rob and Katie and what they do. My son and I were welcomed with open arms by all members. People were encouraging when I was struggling. I cannot express how much I would recommend this place for all ages.
