If you want to learn how to box and have an amazing workout then this is the place for you. Boyd is an excellent coach! You will learn a lot from him and he will push you each time you come in.
Great gym with an awesome owner. You get good one on one training here. There is a good family feeling about this place that makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend if your looking for a good workout and great atmosphere.
