This gym is seriously the best! The coaches are so supportive and willing to adjust anything to make it feel right for you. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I'm here almost every day because I love it so much and I love what the owner stands for.
Class-based workouts offering kettlebells, kickboxing, and suspension training. Coaches are awesome! I lost 35 lbs here doing a 12 week program.
Challenging and supportive. The trainers give everyone attention throughout the classes and help modify so that you get what you need. I was wary of classes, but I've felt encouraged in each session. It's really become a community to me that embraces people where they are, values the whole person, and makes achievable what may seem like a herculean task!
Great people and trainers who are able to cater workouts no matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. Lots of work out variety from spin to kickboxing to kettlebells to TRX. There really is something for everyone and every interest. The facility is really neat as well. A lot of history in the building and very convenient location whether you are from Wisconsin or Minnesota. Highly recommend trying it out!
This is a great gym to keep yourself motivated and stick to a workout schedule. Excellent, flexible space for kettlebells, kickboxing, suspension training, and anything else they think up. Reasonable prices and convenient location too.
