John is an experienced teacher who will help you meet your fitness goals and build your confidence while also having fun. Classes are small and offer individualized instruction. The rates are affordable. The gym is clean, spacious and has ample equipment. Highly recommend the classes for teens. John works with each student at their level and challenges them to develop new skills. It's a safe environment. The lessons are high energy. John is friendly and encouraging. Located in the Wildwood Strip mall, next to the tea shop and insurance office.
