Been coming here for 2 years now and both my boys and I have loved every minute of it. Highly recommend anyone who's interested in a rewarding hobby to check out their 2 week free trial for kids and adults. Boxing, Jui Jitsu, Judo, Kickboxing; They have great coaches for everything here. Adults should look into their 2 week trial as well! Its a great confidence boost to learn a new skill like this and you feel great doing it!
This is an amazing gym! I’ve been going here for two years now and can’t recommend it enough. There are classes 5 days a week plus an open mat on Saturday. The schedule offers flexibility and the instructors are top notch. The area is incredibly fortunate to have such a quality martial arts gym. It’s good for both kids and adults of all experience levels. We’re also a gym not full of egos. This makes for a friendly and welcoming environment.

Super biased, as I teach the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes here (Black Belt under Professor Brock Larson) but the rest of the instruction is top notch as well! Boxing, Judo and Kickboxing are on the menu as well as BJJ on the packed schedule. Free trial available, come on in and try a class!
