This gym is absolutely top-notch. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and really take the time to help you grow as a fighter. The atmosphere is supportive, and I genuinely feel like part of a team here. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about MMA or just getting started!
I am the owner of a bjj gym in Texas. My son and I stopped in for a couple open mats while traveling over the holidays. Dustin and the team were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone my son and I trained with provided technical and safe sparring. Whether visiting or wanting a home gym, I highly recommend this gym to everyone.
Letting my kids join is one of the best decisions I’ve made for their well being. My daughter has bipolar disorder and my son is borderline autistic and these classes have helped them tremendously. They have great coaches who are very knowledgeable and genuinely care for the kids. I highly recommend to anyone looking to keep their child busy and improve their social skills!
This is a wonderful and positive thing that is going on right in Forest, especially for children. My son loves it and the coaches are amazing.
