If you looking to cut weight, different workouts, and getting a better experience of working out JB boxing is a great place to be. For kids and adults, JB accept everyone who want to be better health wise and also boxing. Highly recommend

Until I started going JB’s gym, I’ve never experienced a harder workout! The atmosphere in the building was great. I was motivated, immediately felt welcomed by JB and other fellow gym goers. A solid 10/10 experience! I’ve been back multiple since my first visit. I will definitely be back to work out again. I would recommend all ages come and experience a signature JB workout!!!!!

Highly Recommend!! Coach JB took the time to teach me and my wife and our girls some basic footwork & strikes. We learned a lot, burned some calories, and added this to our memory column. Don’t miss a chance to work & train with Coach JB.
