I started looking for one on one training in January and decided to give Limitless Strength a try. Since starting in February, I’ve lost 6lbs & overall I’m seeing progress in my body. JP will personalize your plan and push you to become better with your fitness goals. He’s very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. The environment is welcoming, respectful & motivational. If you have a goal, but is unsure where to start or how to reach it, this would be a solid place to start. 💪🏾🔥
John Paul is wonderful. I have been seeing him since January of 2022 and have seen so much progress in myself both physically and mentally. I have tried for years to lose weight and stick to a routine that works for me that I actually enjoy. This has been the ONLY time in my life that I actually look forward to training/working out and have stuck to it for a year almost. John Paul has been so supportive and no matter how many times I fall off track, he is always there to support me and help me get back on my feet and motivated again. He has a wonderful wealth of knowledge to help with building a routine that works for you, helping with setting up a good nutrition plan, and helping you stay accountable. I can’t wait to continue to see my progress😊.
I had a goal of working more on my health at the start of this year. I was very hesitant to get up at 4:30 in order to hit the gym, especially since I was starting free weights as a beginner. But once I started at Limitless, I’ve been unable to stop. JPD takes the time to individualize my workout in a way that continues to push me to my max, yet makes it extremely fun. I very much enjoy the camaraderie of the crew I work out with. And, just recently, I found out that I’m able to stop a daily med that I’ve been on for quite some time. All of this has formed a habit that will be extremely hard for me to break away from.
