We've been going to Kajun Martial Arts for 2 1/2 years! We love coming here! The staff members are so helpful and supportive. We are very grateful for the opportunity for our son to learn the skills he has learned!
Kajun Martial Arts and Fitness have been God sent to me and son. My son has a diagnosis of Autism. I googled what activities and sports are best for kids with Autism, and karate is one of them. I knew during our first visit that God sent me to the right place. Everyone is so nice, kind, and patient. The discipline, respect, confidence, and discipline taught t helped my son in so many ways. My son loves to come here (which is completely out of his character). His grades, ability to focus, and follow directions have improved significantly since we started. I love how everyone cares for not only my son, but all the kids. If you are a mom with a child with or without special needs, please give Kajun Martial Arts a try. You will not be disappointed. They have been God sent to my son and I. May God continue to bless, protect, and prosper them.
Trained at KMA from 1st grade to 12th grade and have an immense amount of love for this place! It not only taught me Choi Kwang Do, but taught me self discipline, perseverance, and confidence that I use everyday. Ryan and Andrea have created a true family within this dojang and I can happily say I was the first female to receive a 3rd Degree blackbelt there!
I can’t say enough good things about Kajun Martial Arts and the staff. Not only is their program one of the best around, they do fantastic birthday parties! Within hours of the party ending time, almost every parent texted me saying just how much of a blast their kiddos had. I even had two adults reach out telling me it was the best (and most entertaining) birthday party they’ve ever attended! Andrea went above and beyond to make sure the party was so special and set up just perfectly. Master Blanchard did a fantastic job interacting and teaching the kids. Our son is enrolled in the Martial Arts program here at Kajun and he just loves it. It has taught him skills way beyond the mat…like how to be helpful and disciplined at home. Couldn’t be more grateful for this wonderful group of people. We love our new Martial Arts Family.
Our 8 year old daughter wanted to try karate and we were new to the area so we started her in January and she LOVES it! You pick the days/times that work best for your and your family and they learn so much more than just the kicks and the punches. They learn respect and responsibility and so much more. Would definately recommend. They even have summer camps and fun stuff to do!
