Been training here for 7 months and I absolutely love the atmosphere and the people here. I can see the difference in my skills, and as I continue my journey in mixed martial arts I know that the group of people running this gym are going to push me to be my best.

Really amazing Gym!! The trainer was very knowledgeable and allowed students to learn at their own pace. Definitely a 10/10 experience!!

My experience here has been incredible. From day one, meeting my training partners and coaches has been a unique journey. There’s so much respect in everything we do, making it both humbling and welcoming. The community embraces everyone, whether you’re into self-improvement, discipline, anime, games, comics, or movies. We’re always open to new people eager to learn how to protect themselves and gain insight into various martial arts. The coaches, all certified Black Belts in MMA, bring a unique depth of understanding to the techniques they teach. If you’re looking for a gym with a sense of community and personal growth, this is the place to be.

Attended the Free Community Self Defense Class, today and I must say that I’m very impressed. The Instructors/Staff were so professional and knowledgeable. The instructions were not only movement involved, but education on how to be more aware in life. This was an awesome, knowledgeable, calm, and friendly experience. This business is a great addition to Ridgeland. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
