Amazing gym. Just got a day pass while in the area and received excellent customer service. Has multiple of every type of machine, especially cool nautilus and hammer strength stuff. Also 2.5 increments on dumbbells. Some stuff is old but it just adds to the old school aesthetic imo. Favorite gym I’ve been to.

Lie to you in person, extremely hard membership to cancel. You should add climbing a mountain top and physically turning in the cancelation letter as you can’t do it without calling a bullshit cancelation hot line where they sell your information. Absolutely dishonest business practices.

First gym I have not felt judged in and that's a total bonus! Great staff, machines always available and tons of variety. I enjoy that there are multiple stair climbers for use. I love the large locker rooms with lockers for my stuff (bring your own lock). Being close to my home and right on the way from my work to home, this gym was a win win. I would recommend this gym to all levels of workout enthusiasts.....

Horrible business. I was told I was paying for a 12 month membership each month in March 2023. Payments continued to go through up to until October 2024. I was told wrong and manipulated. You have to cancel without disputing the charges as well as provide a written notice to the 3rd party agency that they take payments through. I have since moved away from the area earlier this year and didn’t think twice that it kept taking money out. I don’t need to check my bank account often, so I didn’t notice it. They will make you pay all disputed charges before processing cancellation. If not, the disputes probably won’t go your way and you’ll have to start over again. Just don’t go to this place if you don’t want to deal with that. Also the 3rd part agency they go through is horrible at customer service. Long wait times and when someone does pick up, it’s like you can hear a tv and lots of extra unprofessional noise.

I have been with this gym now for about 7 months. I used to be a personal trainer before my desk job, so I have pretty high expectations for gyms. I really enjoy working out at pro fitness. the locker rooms are very clean and the customer service is great. Granted, I have never tried to quit the gym, but most people know gyms usually require a 1 year membership. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because some of the equipment is a little old, but they still work well, and I am willing to sacrifice new and shiny for a lower monthly membership fee.
