This place seems to be more concerned about pleasing and attracting the business of parents and their children than training combat fighters. Not what I expected. Good in principle but they are too worried about kiddie classes than teaching people like me how to fight and giving me a sparring outlet. I'll seek training elsewhere. I was seeking a place that trains WARRIORS.
Amazing gym.. great atmosphere.. awesome training partners! Good vibes.. Good times! This is the place to train in Farmington! $10 drop in pass! If you live in area.. sign up! Great Coaches.. Great Techniques!
Best gym we have ever been apart of. The coaches are PHENOMENAL. Most coaches do the bare minimum but they go above and beyond. All the parents and kids are great. My son has learned a lot since being there and you can tell. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to get their kid into martial arts. The adult classes are great also. The kids do a lot of competitions and there is plenty of room for growth in their programs. We’re so happy we made the change to Victory MMA.
Our whole family loves Victory MMA! The gym is awesome and the coaches are knowledgeable and great to work with. We're so glad to be a part of the community there. 10 out of 10, highly recommend! UPDATE: There seems to be some confusion in the review left by someone who trains at a local competing gym. Our kids program is actually an MMA program that combines several types of training (boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, and more). My kids have trained in this program for almost 2 years. In the Victory Little Ninjas MMA Program (which is MWF at the Farmington location at 4:30 and 5:30 PM), I have two Green Belts (my girls), and two Yellow Belts (my younger boys). HOWEVER, during our COMPETITION Jiu Jitsu class which is invite only (Mondays at 6:30 PM), our kids SWITCH to their JIU JITSU belts. My girls are my only kids in the competition team class. They are both WHITE BELTS in Jiu Jitsu. They both have stripes on their Jiu Jitsu belts, but they are indeed white belts. We only have a couple of child students who have been promoted beyond white belt status....Which is accurate. If any of them were enrolled in a competition based on their MMA program belts, they'd be beat to a pulp. The reviews left by people from a competing local gym should not be considered credible.
Couldn't ask for a better gym for my son to go to. He has been in the little ninja class for a little over a year now and still loves it. Aaron is an amazing coach to all the kids. They are amazing people inside the gym and outside the gym.
