Given for the location, I would say it is alright for the teachings. Their teachers were good but seemed inconsistent with scheduling and practices. For the sign-up contracts, fully read the terms and conditions. This gym will not allow you to break their contract. Rather than pay an early termination fee like other gyms. Overall, they seemed unprofessional and unorganized at times. If you are looking for boxing, I recommend elsewhere
We just had a birthday party for our son here, everyone had the best time! The staff were friendly and very helpful, they did everything possible to make sure we had a great time. The bounce house they set up is HUGE, even the adults were having a blast running through it.
I had high expectations. With the supposed long track record of business...I expected professionalism. I scheduled 1 on 1 private lessons weeks in advance. Verified even the day before. Drove over 2 hours just to sit outside their doors. I messaged and called. No answer. Yet someone would read the message...but make no response. After waiting an hour, someone arrived and opened the door. I asked if they had any information and they had no clue about me or my appointment and said they were just there to clean up. So after that. I cut my losses and drove 2 hours back home. I sent a message to express my disbelief and to cancel my future appointments and once again...left on read. So i guess business is so good, they don't need any more. So new people beware. A
Unprofessionally run! Can’t take constructive criticism! My experience is solely based on 4 year olds karate class. Owner had no problems cussing and yelling and trying to fight me in front of my 4 year old child standing right there! Anyone who acts the way he did to a customer in front of a child should not own a business! Watch your back around this loose cannon! He had zero respect for my child and acted like an animal!
My daughter, son and I take classes at Hahn's. The instructors are friendly and patient. My children have learned about respect, integrity and perseverance. Hahn's offers a comfortable environment and the staff makes you feel like family. If you want to learn self defense or get a good workout I highly recommend them. Thank you Chrissy, Jeff, Sam, Dave and Charlie for all that you do.
