Reggie was an awesome mentor to my 11 year old son. He made a connection with him right away, very down to earth. He taught him some very useful things about boxing. My son and I will be back!!! A great atmosphere!!!

STL Boxing Academy is a REAL BOXING gym. I’ve trained at a lot of gyms over the years and this place is different. Coach Reggie and Coach Kelley aren’t just coaches, they’re teachers. They actually break things down, explain why you’re doing something, and help you understand the sport at a high level. I’ve been fighting for 12 years, traveled all over, and trained with a lot of different people. This is truly best of the best. High level athletes, serious training, and an environment that pushes you without ego or nonsense. What I love most is the balance. It’s old school boxing with new technology. Real work, real knowledge, but modern tools that actually help you get better. The 24/7 access is huge too. You can train when you need to, not when someone tells you to. On top of all that, they’re just good people. No weird vibes, no gatekeeping, no attitude. Everyone is welcoming and wants to see you improve. If you’re serious about boxing and want a gym that’s legit, this is it.

Great 1-on-1 boxing training. Coach Reggie is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to break down technique. He’s patient, motivating, and encouraging. I could feel myself improving even after one session. The gym also has a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time at our first individual boxing lesson! This was something that has been on our bucket list for a while. We were supposed to go bike riding, but it got canceled due to all the storms. I messaged STL Boxing Academy late last night to see if they had any availability on boxing lessons. They were super responsive to our last-minute booking, which we really appreciated. What really made it special was how they went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary feel unforgettable — such a thoughtful touch! Thanks so much Mikayla and LA!
