This is a great little boxing gym. Great atmosphere with very family like feel. Head coach is very knowledgeable and will work with everyone's individual needs. So if you are looking to compete or just wanting to get in shape, stop by and have a chat.
If you are looking for that certain something….. whether you are wanting to get in better physical shape, increase your self confidence, learn boxing technique, or just escape the day in day out grind….this is the gym for you!!!! This place has changed my life, my son’s life!!! As soon as you enter, you are treated like the “Punch” family. You are only in competition with yourself and there is absolute no pressure to be be anyone but you. We encourage each other, We are there for each other, We pick each other up…. I guess you can say You always feel as if you have someone in your corner!!! The man behind it? Mike Stegall!!!! His passion for boxing is amazing and his passion for people is a beautiful thing to witness and he surrounds you with trainers that are incredible as well. This isn’t just a gym, it’s a family. Great Gym!! You can tell Mike is super passionate about boxing and helping others. Even if you have no experience whatsoever you can come here and get a good workout. You will learn everything you need to know. I've been working out with Mike for over three years now and he keeps me motivated and pushes me to do better. The members are awesome as well! We support each other and strive to make each other better.
Punch is a great place to come in get an amazing workout lose weight and learn real boxing skills. You will grow in your confidence and self esteem. It’s a very welcoming and team like environment. BEST boxing gym in Jefferson county! The gym setup is super cool, and their lights are a total vibe. They have a cool front lobby area that they're going to use for fight night watch parties too. Their coach mike is super fun to work with & an obviously trained pro boxer.
