Hands down. Fantastic gym. If you are a non-commercial gym goer, you will feel right at home here. It is real, raw, and down to business. Luke is nothing short of phenomenal to deal with. Kind, professional, accommodating, and straight forward. Support local gyms, forget about the chains. Can’t wait to workout here again!

I absolutely love this place! I've been to many gyms and Capital Fitness is by far my favorite. You can be you. You don't have to worry about someone getting up tight if you drop a weight or have to grunt a little on the last rep. This gym is for those who actually want to better theirself and not just go through the motions. The clientele are wonderful too. You'll meat all walks of life and anyone will do anything to help you if you have questions or need a spot. As far as supplementation, you can get anything there that is available at the big supplement stores, with knowledge from the owner and others who actually use the supplements and aren't just trying to make a sell.

Capital Fitness is the greatest gym you will find in Jefferson City, if not the entire Mid-MO area. Incredibly welcoming cast of lifters that are happy to share their knowledge and experience with you. The competition grade equipment and raw atmosphere of will have you leaving this gym a stronger human being each time.

A great gym to visit when I'm in Jeff City. The gym is owned by an incredibly sweet couple who were very welcoming and very accommodating. There are a few cardio machines and plenty of weights and weight machines to choose from. They were very communicative through their Facebook business page and answered all questions pretty quickly.
