9Rounds is a must!! Connie and the rest of the staff is fantastic, holds you accountable and keeps you motivated. It’s a great way to get a quick and highly effective workout in! There’s lots of fun challenges to participate in and this location is open 24 hours which is a bonus for anyone who has busy work lives. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t wait any longer.
