Chris made everyone feel comfortable with being uncomfortable! His manner and methods were both respectful and encouraging, while challenging us to challenge ourselves. Can I give him 10 stars? ⭐️

Before you sign up you should know that they don't let you cancel. I've paid over 600 dollars for 1 class and I can't cancel. I don't want a refund I just want to stop being charged and the lady I talked to said no. I cancel my credit card and they still were able to charge me. Don't sign after the free class that's not really free. Go home and let the endorphins wear off. Then if you still want to do it go ahead. It was kind of fun. Be careful.

I never thought I would find a reason to stay in St. Louis, yet here I am. I have gotten stronger and more balanced both physically and emotionally, I have worked with instructors that push me beyond my limits yet are always encouraging, and I have gained a good crew of friends. I love this place, the people, the attitude, the workout, the technique, and I would recommend this to everyone! P.S. I have only been to the Dorsett location, but I can say, that I have only ever felt included and respected by this group of people.

I try to stop in at this location at least one day a week when I can. The instructors are some of the best people on earth as well as the students. I have made lots of friends here and I always feel welcome.

Chris is a great instructor. Intense class that teaches good technique and practical applications.
