Decent enough selection sometimes have a hard time finding what i want. Cash registers are ALWAYS under staffed. Typically spend 5 to 10 minutes waiting. Theyll have one or two registers going while theres 5 other employees just standing around staring at you waiting. Kinda annoying.
Went in today looking for non slip shoes. I was having issues locating them so I seen an employee near by and asked him. He calls someone to footwear and said oh they didn’t answer. Another employee came by and told me they were on the back shoe wall. I walked around forever trying to find them until one employee that was working shoes showed me where they were. The shoes were no where near where the second employee I talked to said they were. It took forever just to find an employee to help. The selection of non slip shoes at this location is very little and the employees don’t seem to want to help customers find things they just want to tell you so that they don’t have to leave what they are doing. Very poor customer service.
Nice store. Only snafu was at checkout. I had 2 shirts that I thought were buy one get 30% off the second. When I went back with clerk to see the sign above the shirts was for some shorts not on that rack but a circular floor rack. So I just bought one of the shirts instead of two. I tend to just glance at signs.
This store has way more stuff than I thought!! Definitely worth going in to look.
This store is difficult to get to if you aren't familiar with Rolla. The store over all is clean and well organized. This is my second trip to this store. The store has lots of selection when it comes to athletic shoes and clothes. Being the nearest store that sells tactical boots or first responder boots they have a very limited selection to pick from. Otherwise it's not a bad store.
