My 5 year old son has been consistently going for the last 3 months in their Muay Thai Youth program. He is the youngest in the class: Coach Ashley recognizes his strengths and weaknesses and works on them independently even with multiple kids in the class. The coach also recognizes where areas should be worked on for the entirety of the class for improvement. She understands where confidence and tenacity should be enforced along with the consistency of discipline and drills. More than happy with the progression that our son has made within the 3 months and have no doubt in the team that Enigma holds.
One of the best things I have been a part of! Coach Jason and Coach Isabel are very accommodating to all levels, and teach new people the fun complicated stuff as well. They will go over moves with you until you can do them more confidently. I love the set up of the class it’s very friendly and relaxed, making it easy to work with more advanced students and make friends. They offer two sessions free to see if you’ll like it and everyone I’ve met has signed up after because of how much fun they had, but they don’t push you if you’re uncomfortable either. The expertise of the coaches is clear. To start a brand new hobby and be able to compete within a month was so exciting! I will be very sad when I have to move away from Enigma. Definitely try out an intro class today!
We cannot say enough good things about Enigma Jiu Jitsu. Ashley is an incredible instructor who truly cares about her students. My 12-year-old and 7-year-old both train here and love it. What’s really special is that they’re able to participate together, which has been such a great experience for our family. My 7-year-old is level 3 autistic, and Ashley has been so patient, structured, and supportive with him. She creates an environment where he feels safe, capable, and proud of himself — while still helping him grow. We are so grateful to have found this gym!
Can't say enough about Team Enigma. If your looking for a program to learn or even just get into better shape, Enigma provides that. Now if your looking to take your competition game to the elite level. This is definitely the place to be. It doesn't matter if your 5 or 50. Having a coach that competes at the highest level and is also firm but fair teacher will undoubtedly take you to a higher level.
I’ve been training here since day one. All of the people are welcoming and supportive. Everyone has the same goal in mind to better ourselves while bettering ourselves. Coach Jason does a fantastic job with the kids. Always patient and consistent. He also runs classes in a very well structured manner. Coach Ashley also does a great job. Her training regimen is intensive. Overall the people and environment are great! Highly recommended!
