Sam is an excellent role model for the kids, and he sees the potential that each child has. He has an amazing talent not just for martial arts, but engaging and connecting with the children in a way that requires their full attention and focus. He is doing a great thing for the Rolla community.

I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to get into martial arts. Sam Guarino is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and creates a phenomenal learning environment in all of his classes. My 4 year old daughter is so excited to do her classes every week and is not only learning disciplined martial arts skills, but also invaluable life lessons. We’ll be adding our other children to the program as soon as they’re old enough. My wife and I are also taking his adult classes and have been able to progress quickly due to his organized and thorough teaching methods. For adults, it’s also a great way to get your mobility back if your job and lifestyle have been sedentary. Definitely check it out. You’ll love it!
We absolutely love Paper Ronin Martial Arts! The instruction goes beyond just learning how to punch and kick. Students learn values that make us better people. My husband and I are taking the adult class and look forward to it every week. Our 4 year old daughter is taking the little dragons class and is loving it! If you have littles, definitely put them in these classes. It has given her so much. As soon as our other kids are old enough they are being added to the class.
Our experience with the martial art instructor has been phenomenal. He genuinely invests in his students, demonstrating a passion that goes beyond teaching techniques. The program's organization is impeccable, providing a structured and enjoyable learning environment. Remarkably, it's also affordable, making it accessible for many.
