CB is amazing. She came to my business and gave us all a training on self defense and how to help us protect ourselves. It was such a great experience for my staff and they loved it. My daughters and I now take weekly classes, and I just cannot say enough about this class. It has helped my teenage daughter with more self confidence than anything else. With her going off to college soon, it has made me feel better too.

C.B. is passionate about what she does and it shows. She came to my studio and talked to us about self defense and did a great training on tactics and things we as massage therapists can utilize and do should the need ever arise. If you have employees incorporating C.B. into your safety training program is excellent and it will bring value to your employees on and off the job. Highly recommend Salvo Self Defense.
