Grindhouse located in Red Lodge has been such an asset for my 8 year old boy! He is able to get all that rough and rowdy boy energy out in a safe place while learning key moves to protect himself. I encourage anyone and everyone to attend just one class, that way you can see what an amazing teacher Timmy is to young and old!
