This place is absolutely amazing, the owners go above and beyond! My kids love the classes, this is a great place to learn martial arts. They offer a variety of services like bday parties, private events, , play times and boxing classes. They have all in one for the entire family!

This is a locally run center with so much more than Martial Arts. Sensai Jeremy is experienced and skilled with 30 years of experience to show for his abilities. The open houses for kids to play in the bouncy castles is awesome!! Book the space for birthday parties, gender reveal parties or even a place for a 80th tea party (with or without the bouncy castles!!) the whole vibe is community centered. Stop by to say hi, Shea and Jeremy welcome all ages, all levels and are a safe inclusive space. They have teamed up with a boxer to offer boxing now! Such a great community driven initiative.

We absolutely love coming here! It’s the perfect spot for the kids to burn off energy while the parents get a much-needed moment to relax. Their martial arts program is just as incredible. I’ve always wanted to try it but felt too intimidated to sign up elsewhere. Jeremy is a phenomenal instructor—he makes you feel empowered and creates a truly safe, welcoming environment for everyone! A total gem in the town of Shelby that everyone needs to check out!!
