What a great store! Excellent shopping experience! The female store manager was incredibly kind and caring. She really listened and helped us with all of our needs! She should be given all the praise!
This store manager is very disrespectful. The district supervisor James is equally disrespectful. They have zero customer service skills as well as zero respect for listening to their customers. The female store manager doesn’t want to listen and only roles her eyes and talks down to customers. I watched several customers walk out today because of her attitude. This store should be permanently closed. Will never spend another dime there again and will encourage anyone I know not to shop there as well. Very unprofessional!!
My wife spend over $400 of merchandise print out coupon valid 9/22/25 to 9/29/25 receipts 25% or 18% when one of the jacket defective come exchange want to use coupons the younger cashiers said you cannot used coupons she keeps arguments ask to speak Dennis services managers tried explains yes he can because still in the policy company then ask Sandy assistant manager does it I told her that you need to retrains your cashiers if she does not like her jobs then quit or clock outs because the customer the one pairs their paychecks not the company’s the store manager so sappy said get out of her store. Not recommended any one shop this stores poor service and mistreated customers.
I have been going in and out of this store. Sense it open in the beginning. It was rough it got a little bit better. And then it got rough again now. The staff has been very helpful. They keep the place very clean and they have actually kept it. It's employees so that when you have a question. They don't have to wait forever. So good job for fixing the issues. I changed my ratings from the 2 star. Up to a four star
Good selection, great sales. We wanted to look at wrestling shoes but nobody was available to get us sizes, so we left to go to another store 20 minutes up the road. We did buy some fleece pants for my daughter as they had great sales but waited in line for well over 10 minutes to check out. Even though another employee walked by and saw the line. They need more hiring in this location and/or better service.
