These fitness lessons have been perfect for me. Rikki set up a complete set of initial stretching and movement exercises that lead to carefully paced coordination skills, including boxing patterns with a speed bag or against hand mitts. I'm feeling much better after each class, and I can see real week-by-week progress.

I'm in the adult classes and I am learning a lot while also getting a great workout in! Coach Rikki is very knowledgeable and positive making each class something to look forward to.

Rikki Neumann, is an amazing coach she is very encouraging with the aging seniors in the community who have Parkinson’s and other physical limitations. If you are looking to improve your neurological, balance and mobility issue.She is the Coach to go to. Rikki keeps them moving and keeps them fighting!
