These fitness lessons have been perfect for me. Rikki set up a complete set of initial stretching and movement exercises that lead to carefully paced coordination skills, including boxing patterns with a speed bag or against hand mitts. I'm feeling much better after each class, and I can see real week-by-week progress.

I'm in the adult classes and I am learning a lot while also getting a great workout in! Coach Rikki is very knowledgeable and positive making each class something to look forward to.

Coach Rikki is so encouraging. She is very observant of her boxers’ strengths and what they need to work on to improve. She exudes the best combination of strength, kindness and intelligence. She is committed to her boxers’ success. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you coach Rikki!
