Great place to get kiddos started in MMA or wrestling! It is a fun and energetic atmosphere with caring and encouraging coaches who push your kids to their fullest capabilities. Extra bonus is getting to meet and train under multi-time State and National champs! Go check them out - you won't be disappointed!
This gym has everything you should be looking for if you want to start any kind of martial arts. It has an amazing community, outstanding instruction, and an extremely welcoming culture. As someone who has spent time at a handful of gyms in the Omaha area this should definitely on your list of places to try.
Erin’s women’s jiu jitsu class on Saturday is my favorite part of my week. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. Come join us for class, if you want to learn how to defend yourself from attacks and get some belly-laughs in at the same time.
