Hidden in a corner of a shopping center we found what I would say is the best boxing gym ever. My daughter is 9 yrs old and was pretty nervous to start her boxing journey. As soon as we walked in it was more like a family. Everyone is so helpful. The gym is full of life and people of all ages. I can say we have been officially adopted!! The training is intense, but fun!! Definitely worth every penny. Thank you Nemea family!!!!

Absolutely love this place! The energy here is unmatched — real fighters, real motivation, and real results. Every class pushes you to your limits, but the coaches make you believe you can go further. Perfect mix of discipline and family vibe. 🥊🔥

I need to come on here and say that I am beyond grateful to be able to have done the 6 week challenge that turned into me getting over that delay in workout progress. The gym is a great atmosphere for amateurs and experienced in boxing . The coaches are supportive every step of the way . The gym atmosphere is about you being better than you were yesterday and everyone is working on themselves. If you are looking for a gym to get started or try something new . The classes are a great start and the 6 week challenge can let you challenge yourself to see what you can do . I am excited to see where my progress will be by the end of the year.

I’ve been training at Nemea for over a year, and I can confidently say that this place has transformed my boxing skills and overall fitness. The coaches here are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you improve, no matter your starting level. When I first joined, I had no formal boxing experience, but the coaches took the time to break down the fundamentals and ensure I understood the technique. Over time, I saw real improvements in my form, footwork, and overall conditioning. What sets this gym apart is the community. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, which made it easy to stick with the training and continually challenge myself. Been bringing my brother to Bryan and Jose at Nemea for about 6 months now. He absolutely loves class. Looks forward to the energy and excitement of learning his favorite sport with great people and positive vibes. These guys care and it shows as they’ve helped on more than the fitness portion of it. On the maturity level and emotional involvement as well. It’s a family and we look forward to continuing his training with Ben and his team !
