I joined pulse about a year ago and had an incredible experience from day one! The gym is spotless, well-equipped, and has a fantastic atmosphere. The variety of machines and free weights ensures that everyone, no matter their fitness level, can find something that works for them. The staff are friendly and approachable, but I want to give a special shout-out to the girl who’s always working on the weekends. I was a bit overwhelmed at first, not knowing where to start with my workout routine, but She took the time to walk me through everything. They gave me personalized advice on exercises and even helped me perfect my form. Their professionalism, knowledge, and positivity made all the difference! I’m excited to continue my fitness journey here. Highly recommend this gym and the amazing team behind it!
Simply the most equipped gym favorable to the young and old. I am a senior and I do very well after learning the unlimited resources of all types of fitness. And along with the instructors who’s expertise knowledge falls beyond into Diet/ Exercise correlation with all kinds of injury rehabilitation and life balance. Also, it is clean. Very clean. The management and staff are so on it ! It’s a good habit.
Love this Gym! Great place even has sauna, heavy bag, tons of different excercise equipment. Steve the owner is such an awesome guy! This place is def the gym to experience a good workout and meet like minded friendly people.
Pulse is a great gym. They offer group classes, childcare, equipment for all types of exercise, personal training, and they’re always open. It’s kept really clean and everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. We joined the gym for the time we got to live in Gardnerville, and there isn’t another gym in the Valley I’d choose to go to.
This place has been through a lot, but it is a gem and I couldn’t be happier with the new management. I returned home for the holidays and Steve was so welcoming and kind and treated me like family. It was so great to see this gym again and train here for the holidays. The equipment is well maintained, the staff are so awesome and amazing and kind. Love this gym so much as I started my fitness journey here and trained at this gym for 6 years before I moved.
