Great experience 2 years with them hard training but perfect while it lasted I will forever remember this gym and I hope all the coaches well and forever because you changed not just me but everyone and hard work one everyone
My 2 boys 9 y.o and 16 y.o just started, have attended 4 classes and love it! Amazing place, very friendly and kind kids. My 16 y.o sparred today for the first time. Wow! The confidence and support extended confirmed that they are in the right place.
My son just started here but I have to say we are already in love with the place. Great family run old fashioned boxing gym. They are such kind genuine people that know what they are doing and love what they do. Fantastic for any teen needing an outlet without worrying about turning into a meathead. True structure and skill done right. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering. Coming from hockey which we do love, you get an hour maybe two a week on the ice for your fees. This gym offers 8 hours a week - if you want it. That is HUGE for a teen. We are grateful to have found them.
My boys trained here for about a year, I pulled them out SOLEY BECAUS OF THEIR GRADES IN SCHOOL, I plan to put them back in this summer provided they get their grades up. That said, coach will is probably the best coach you can get in the area, he’s amazing with kids from 4 years old and up. He has a great personality and a commanding presence that kids look up to. My two sons look forward to going every day and even though the workouts are tough, coach keeps everyone motivated. *edit* Put my son back in now that his grades have Improved.
What a great place to train and not just for boxing but for a great overall workout🔥🔥 The master trainer is so knowledgeable about what exercises and foods you should be putting in your body to get you to your goal!! Also the youth program is Amazing!!!! I love the patience the trainers have with the children with rooting them on and encouraging them to go after their goals!! I’m so excited to be apart of this boxing gym! They treat you like family with the amazing staff and friendly smiles!! I love it here 💜💜.. I would recommend all to check it out!
