I love this space. I have been taking the Shine class with Barbie. She is great and the class is fun! It is a full body workout!

Kaia Fit has made health and exercise an achievable goal. I really enjoy the community and inclusiveness, meeting people where they are at. Highly recommend!

The South Reno location might be slightly tucked away but it has so much to offer! I enjoyed a great workout (and dragged my fiancée along too) that was both challenging and rewarding. This spot is great for women looking for a judgement free workout with supportive ladies. All around highly recommend Kaia Fit!

Love you the space.. there is a bathroom and a changing area. I don't love the light situation but that's just me . It's also not in my neck of the woods but besides that.. love South Reno! Has lots of bikes! And fun setup for pullups and TRX.. these are photos from our stretch workshop that we did!
