Love this gym. It’s one of the only places around that truly has everything—MMA, kickboxing, a full weight room, plus a sauna and cold plunge. I can lift, hit the bags, and then recover all in one spot, which is huge. The space is clean, the equipment is solid, and the vibe is chill but motivating. It doesn’t feel intimidating, even when you’re training hard. The recovery setup alone makes the membership worth it. If you want a gym where you can train seriously without the weird energy some places have, this is it. Would 100% recommend.
Lakes Region Vale Tudo is hands down the best gym I’ve ever trained at. The coaching is amazing, whether you’re into MMA, kickboxing, boxing, jiu-jitsu, or if you just want to better yourself. They actually care about doing things the right way. Everyone here pushes you to get better, but the environment is welcoming and respectful, no egos, just hard work. It feels like a family, not just a gym. I’ve grown a ton as an athlete and as a person since training here, and I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone, beginner or experienced. 5 stars without question.
Incredible gym and incredible owner. Whether you’re new and looking to learn, or seasoned and looking for some new friends and a sparring partner or two- it’s an awesome gym. Wife owns a massage spa as well, which is great and the perfect combination! Stop by and check them out!!
Vale Tudo is an amazing gym and environment. Everyone works hard and the coaches help you develop your skills both in combat sports and with workouts. Highly recommend checking them out and seeing what they can offer you. All difference fitness levels are in there too!
Clean facility, sauna, ice bath, state of the art weight room, an all-in-one experience for all fitness enthusiasts. Starting doing Brazilian Jui Jitsu back in November 2023 here, the coaches, and other athletes, have been very friendly, and have motivated me to get back to being a young athlete again. Highly recommend this gym to every one of all ages.
