Very welcoming and supportive place and the trainer. Just wish it had a space for locker and showers as I was drenching sweat by the end of the training so it wasn’t really an option especially in the winter for me to keep going here, if it changes location some day to a place that could include those would be happy to come back
Baan is a great place if you're interested in trying out Muay Thai either as a way to get fit or for competition. Maria and her team are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend trying out a class if you are at all interested in kickboxing or martial arts
Great instructions by a great instructor Maria is very caring and all of the other students are very welcoming and supportive. Highly recommended for anyone of any ages
