Something is going wrong with your website. First I tried to see a schedule of the Kickboxing classes you have after seeing an ad on Groupon. Your website states no info about one. Then I tried to sign up for the newsletters and the screen warns me I may be in the wrong place with an error code. (404 Page not Found, and instructions for me: If you're a visitor and not sure what happened: 1) You entered or copied the URL incorrectly or 2) The link you used to get here is faulty. (It's an excellent idea to let the link owner know.) ) I clicked on the link right from the Groupon ad, at "Company Website", then I tried to visit the site through Google and received the same message. =(

My child started attending classes 3 years ago for Judo and I recently started attending the adult classes for Ju Jitsu and Judo, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my child and I. They offer workouts before class 4x a week; the instructors are personable and professional and have become personal friends. The people I train with are respectful, friendly and always willing to help. I can't wait for my toddler to be able to attend classes with his sibling!!

I've been training there for about 6 years. I always learn something new and have fun in every class. The classes focus on strategy and application of good technique not on fixed patterns, so all of the Judo throws and submissions, BJJ ground fighting, small circle locks, finger locks, as well as MMA / boxing / striking are used to teach self defense in the Jujitsu classes. I study Jujitsu there, my kids love the Judo classes and it's made a difference in their ability to focus and follow directions as well as knowing when and when not to use force. They also teach MMA on Friday nights (lots of fun but usually conflicts with my schedule) as well as adult Judo (a really a fun class).
