I’ve had the privilege of training at Dave’s Spero Martial Art Academy, and it’s been an incredible experience. The instructors are highly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about martial arts, creating an environment that’s both welcoming and challenging. The curriculum is well-structured, catering to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. What truly sets this academy apart is the emphasis on technique, discipline. The community here is supportive, and everyone is eager to help each other improve. The gym is clean and well-equipped, making it a great space to train.
Awesome place to learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu or mix martial arts. You build a true bond with your teammates the instructor is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this place for beginners through experienced fighters.
I love this gym, couldn't not recommend it enough. Professor David Superó is One of the most dedicated and passionate coaches I have seen. The way he breaks down every move makes it so simple to follow that anybody including 2-year-olds can do it. The environment is very welcoming. Everybody there feels like a family member that encourage you and pushes you to do better. This gym has helped me to become stronger and help me to get out of rough times. Most people can use it as an escape from the outside world, but I did it for self-improvement and to prove myself that I can do it. This is what been keeping me coming back to this gym. PLEASE GIVE YOUR SELF A CHANCE AND GO AND VISIT. You'll see what I'm talking about the moment you enter through the doors.
A very clean and organized school with knowledgeable instructors. Jujutsu, Muay Thai, and no gi jiu Jitsu for me and kids jiujitsu and MMA for my nine-year-old daughter.. The amount of martial arts technique, far exceeds what I have seen in other schools. Well worth the cost. - John Mascaro
Great place It's been 5 years now, 3 days a week. All of the senses are amazing and are excellent with all the kids. Dave's BullyProof program is amazing and my daughter has used her skills with great success and gratification. My daughter is 2-0 with her Muay Thai fights with her 3rd fight happening tomorrow. "Family" :) My daughter was the youngest and first girl to receive her a Junior Black Belt as a little pups. If you are thinking about a amazing program, try it for 2 weeks free. Talk to Dave.
