Incredible coaches and amazing classes! Everyone is so nice and it’s met lots of very long term success stories.
I love SKB for the variety in workouts and the great community of people. Joining SKB helped me enjoy exercise again and has made me look forward to going to the gym. The coaches are great and will help you scale up or down any exercise to make it work for you. If you are looking for workout classes I highly recommend SKB.
I love Portsmouth KB! It’s clean, bright and well equipped. Luke is an awesome coach. He gets to know something about everyone. He’s super motivating and love the loud music.
