Power Half is a fantastic location to train. Knowledgeable instructors that create a great atmosphere for learning and applying technique. The gym owner as well as students are very welcoming! I was so happy to have been able to train drill and roll with this academy! This academy is very accommodating to all skill levels in Bjj, wrestling, Muay Thai , and MMA.
Coach Jeff and his team were very hospitable and generous for offering us a place to train while on TDY. Highly recommend their school!

I want to thank Coach Jeff and the team at Power Half Wrestling Academy for offering me a home away from home. Everyone showed great hospitality, and I had some awesome rolls and solid training while I was there. I really appreciate the welcoming environment and top-notch coaching.
It is not everyday you find a group of people who can, honestly, tame and train kids. My 6 year old attends daily and Coaches Matt, Joey, Pat, Kaitlyn, & Stephanie are absolutely amazing at getting their attention, holding it, and teaching them great skills. My son is all in on going back daily. He loves the exercise and the skills he is learning. It is fun and exciting for him. LOCATION: the location is perfect for parents! Across the street is a pizza place, sun shop, Thai restaurant, nail salon, day spa, barber shop and more. Parents can literally watch their kids learn, “kick butt”, get a massage, and take dinner home all in the hour. Close to Ft Dix for the Soldiers out there. They do youth to adult classes. Rates are perfect. Staff is amazing. Location is great. Times are good. Public and private classes. Whatever suites you. Teach your kids and even yourself discipline, exercise, and have fun doing it. They hold tournaments. They have the gear you need. They are a good group! I highly recommend you give it a shot! Side note: Coach Jeff is dreamy by his own admission.
