My Son has been going here for about 3 yrs now and there is no Better place in NJ or NY for that matter, where you become part of a team, learn every day and are trained to compete non stop, We Value Joe Rossi like No other coaches my son has had, 🌻💪🥊

Great coach and experience. Started a month ago and I already learned so much. Joe helps everyone from the absolute beginners to the vets. Everyone gets specific drills tailored to their experience and level.

We visited NJ to hang out with my son and this was the first stop. His sister and I came to watch him Spar. The owner Joe came over to us and introduced himself and was very personable. The instructors really focused on boxing form and safety. The boxing vibe in there was really great!

I have been coming to the YESS Boxing Club for two years now and my experience has been amazing. Joe and his team of have done a great job training me and I have been able to make tremendous improvements since first starting. I’m thankful for training at a gym where everyone in there has the same goal of getting better, whether they want to fight, get in better shape, or learn self-defense skills.
