Results Boxing is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy, positivity, and genuine passion the coaches have for helping you grow. The workouts are challenging in the best way, but always fun and encouraging — you leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of yourself. The trainers pay attention to everyone, no matter your fitness level, and the community they’ve built makes you feel supported from day one. Clean facility, great music, amazing people — Results Boxing truly lives up to its name. Great Exercise and energetic performance training at this place I’m here every Wednesday and guys it’s a beautiful environment and coaches to be around. Try it out everyone for fun and workout all in one.

My daughter was being bullied at school and told me she was afraid of standing up for herself. I knew she needed help to overcome her fear. We went to results fitness the same evening and they had an open slot that night!! I have to say, after one lesson, I saw an immediate change in her confidence, she didn’t cower she stood up for herself and doesn’t fear going to school. This was the best decision we could have made for her. I am so happy with the results it’s not just about learning a skill, she has confidence to stand up for herself. We are very happy and thankful!

Where do I even begin! Coach Joe is such an amazing coach. My son Joseph (7 years old) looks forward to training with coach Joe every week. Coach Joe knows just how to push him enough, keeps him engaged, focused, and keeps it fun for him all at the same time! He is a super friendly, caring and truly has a passion for boxing. This place is the best! My son has been going here since he was 3 years old. Even at a young age they have techniques to make learning fun for them. The coaches are excellent and the owners are phenomenal! They are so engaged with everyone that it's unbelievable. They are so ingrained in the community. We are grateful for them and how we are treated like family.
