Matt is possibly one of the most detailed oriented and patient trainers I’ve ever met- I came in overweight and weak with hbp- I’ve gotten leaner and stronger and my hbp has been stabilized - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Matt is a great trainer. He taught me and now he is teaching my 10 yo son. He is passionate about boxing and makes sure to hammer the basics before moving forward. Plus, he will work you hard if your goal is weight loss, strength and agility.
Great environment, staff is very friendly and the trainers make sure they take the time and effort to explain all aspects of the sport and proper training technique. Would give ten starts if available. Facility is great as well and very well equipped.

I've been training with Jessica for over 6 months now and she’s the best! She’s super kind, always flexible when my schedule changes, and even takes and edits short videos of my sessions—which is such a great way to see my progress. She's a pleasure to work with and really motivates me to push harder and not give up. Highly recommend training with her!
